After a long day hand-making beautiful books in the lab, nothing relaxes our piglets more than a brew and a doodle. We like to call this zen time as when the pencils are out, it’s quieter than a Tibetan temple in our canteen. To present our piglets repetitive patterns we created Zen Pink Pig Artist Tiles; squares for showing off meditative drawings.

Our Zen Tiles come in packs of 50 squares of luxury paper made in the UK. We offer two colours of card:

White 270gsm Card

This pack uses our white Matte Ameleie paper, a heavy 270gsm stock designed for wet media like watercolour and ink. Because of the twin-wire process used to make it; you can work on both sides, or experiment with different colours and media.

With this paper we’ve made sure its acid free and archival quality to protect your art from deteriorating over time. Thank us later, museums & galleries of the future.

Each pack of tiles comes with a protective cardboard holder to preserve those thoughtfully crafted recurring designs. The box is decorated with an exclusive pig mandala from Red Lion Illustration to inspire your own tangled up drawings. And it even includes two boards made entirely of recycled materials for you to lean on while on your travels.
